Journelle welcomes Eberjey Swimwear to their Lincoln Road Store with an Exclusive Event!

Ocean Drive Magazine debuts their May Beauty Issue at the Sonesta Bayfront Hotel

Calypso St. Barth was in attendance to present an eclectic mix of elegant, comfortable, and colorful women's clothing and accessories. My favorite pieces had to be their beautiful hats! Perfect for South Florida's sunny weather. To learn more about their apparel or to find a location near you, visit http://www.calypso-celle.com/.
My next discovery: the beautiful ladies from Primp Salon & Hair Extension Boutique (407 15th Street, Miami Beach). This salon offers hair extensions, Brazilian Keratin Treatments and Primp's Signature European Facials. To see a complete list of services, visit http://www.primpsobe.com/. Beware: this place is HOT!
Before my departure, I spotted Rachelle Northcutt accompanied by Jessie Alexander, co-host on The Best of South Florida! This awesome television show airs every Sunday at 11 a.m. on the CW, Crimundo and BBC Europe. The show reaches 40 million viewers worldwide so visit http://www.bestofsouthflorida.tv/ and join their page on Facebook for daily reports. Hope you enjoy these websites and don't forget to pick up Ocean Drive Magazine's May Beauty Issue http://www.oceandrive.com/.
Journelle and La Perla host an Exclusive Shopping Event to benefit The Buoniconti Fund

Left: Jackie Tommassino attended the event with her brother, Alex. Jackie serves as the Social Media Manager at The Buoniconti Fund.

Stephanie Sayfie Aagaard with her beautiful mother, Suzie Sayfie (left). Stephanie is dedicated to working at The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis and The Buoniconti Fund, the world’s most comprehensive spinal cord injury research center based at the University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine. You may also recognize Stephanie because she covers the social, celebrity, sports and charity scene in South Florida for her “Steph Sez” column every Sunday in The Miami Herald’s Tropical Life section.

Ernesto Belasques, Noelia Roman and Alexandra Santibanez were among some of the guests at Journelle. I had a great time chatting with them because we're all around the same age and let me tell you: Alexandra has an awesome sense of style. You rock!

Alex Tommasino, Luis Hernandez and Francis Wenke. Mr. Wenke is actually scheduled to appear on CBS4 News this week to talk about his involvement with the Shake a Leg Community Center in Miami. Wenke works with the center to encourage disabled soldiers from Iraq to enjoy water activities like sailing and scuba diving. For more information, visit http://www.shakealegmiami.org/.

Journelle hosts event to Help Cure Paralysis

Introducing Miami's hottest Lingerie Store: Journelle! Open for your shopping pleasure.

You may even be lucky enough to meet the founder and CEO of Journelle, Claire Chambers (pictured above). Claire has been featured as an expert on InStyle, Nylon and "Tim Gunn’s Guide to Style." In 2008, she was ranked on Inc.com’s “30 under 30” list of entrepreneurs. After successfully launching Journelle in New York, the company is now focusing on Miami's teens and women.

At the back end of the store, you'll find the finer things in life like the most luxurious brassieres and shall I say it..."a naughty toys" area. Ladies, this store seriously has your needs on their mind at all times. In this section, you will find brands like La Perla which tend to exude the highest level of sex appeal.

This was one of the most interesting pieces I found at the store: a bra that provides lift while hardly covering a particular body part! A definite garment for my most daring and flirty readers. Yet another reason why I love this store: the unique designs found in each bra as shown above will make you want to try everything!

As far as the store's fitting rooms, they are designed to mimic the experience you will encounter at a spa. When you enter the fitting area, there are complimentary chocolates and water for you to relax and enjoy. Each spacious room contains a robe and a sofa as well as a bundle of disposable thongs. What a concept!!! This is not only an amazing hygienic move but it's an attention to detail you don't find in other stores.

If you would like to venture into the store for yourself, Journelle is located at 1109 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. Once you make your first visit, you will receive a coupon for $20 off your next purchase. Customers also receive a "Panty Card" which allows you to redeem a panty stamp during each of your visits. When you reach ten stamps, you receive a FREE panty (may not exceed USD $30). I already started my panty stamp collection...have you? For a complete list of lingerie brands or to shop online, visit http://www.journelle.com/. To all of the men who read this post: if you happen to visit the store with a lady friend, you can sit in the store's library (equipped with a comfy couch) or enjoy a lingerie show in the fitting room! xoxo
